This prize recognizes a company, individuals or a project who have made innovative efforts and/or a successfully implemented project for a better and more sustainable future.
Criteria
A company or an individual or a project who has made significant efforts to pave the way towards a more sustainable outcome. It can be with the use of BIM or a combination of tools and processes. The award will reward or honor efforts done in a way so that they are possible to replicate in other projects
Per joined Symetri in 2008 and has since held several leadership positions within the company. He is today responsible for Symetri sales and operations for the Building and Infrastructure industry in the Nordics. With 20+ years of experience in the software industry, Per is passionate to make a difference in the industry and believes strongly that digitalisation is the answer to our challenges with urbanisation and sustainability.
Anett is passionate about creating a more sustainable business community and works as a strategic advisor and change agent within sustainability at Virvle. Before she started working with sustainability, she was Director of Digitalisation and Development at Statsbygg, where she worked to challenge and influence the building and property industry's use of technology and digital tools.

Through the initiative to work with digital twins and gain control over the management of their properties in the facility management system by utilizing the BIM model as the heart of the process. In the processes they manage to combine many of the resources of the industry by using BIMify’s AI to create the Architect Drawings, Symetri’s resources to enable the transformation of fire drawings and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to collaborate between the different stakeholders to the end use in SWG’s digital facility management system. By digitizing existing properties and gaining more complete control over the entire facility management stage, they have also connected its systematic fire protection by bringing fire data from the model into the facility management system in a process where ACC and the BIM models became the core of the workflow. Using the interactive drawings enable easier and safer fire protection work, which can ultimately save lives.

For really bringing AI and machine learning into the AEC industry. Have you ever tried ordering a Digital Twin? Countless of discussion about LOD and the detailing but no one knows what it really means in detail, when the 3D model is delivered. Automating parts of the model creating process using AI and machine learning they are helping the industry to streamline workflows and free up architects' time for more creative and strategic tasks. Moreover, by standardizing ordering processes for 3D models, there is no room for personal interpretation or different deliveries depending on the creator. Suddenly ordering a BIM model for an existing building, becomes as easy as ordering a Tesla online.
