This session explores the growing tension between AI-driven efficiency and workforce readiness. We’ll examine how overreliance on AI can mask gaps in understanding, encourage unverified workflows, and erode standards when learning is disconnected from real work. At the same time, we’ll show how organizations can leverage AI positively to improve relevance, surface the right guidance at the right moment, and support learning in the flow of work.
Speaker: Jim TeDesco, VP of Marketing, Eagle Point Software

AI and cloud technology are creating an entirely new reality, with new demands on capacity, energy, security, and accessibility. In this shift, simply introducing new digital tools is no longer enough — we must also understand how they impact processes, workflows, and the infrastructure required to support them.
CTS Group, specializing in data center construction, has experienced these challenges firsthand, particularly related to siloed workflows and communication. By adopting an integrated platform solution with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Collaboration Pro, they have centralized all project information. This approach has not only improved collaboration but also resulted in higher‑quality designs with fewer errors.
Speaker: Jasmin Zecic, VP of IT, Digitalization & Software Development, CTS

Artificial intelligence is rapidly entering BIM workflows, design processes, and digital construction environments. But automation does not replace responsibility — it creates the dangerous illusion that there is none. Based on practical experience across education and public-sector workshops, this session explores a recurring pattern: less experienced professionals tend to trust AI outputs more readily, while senior professionals downplay the depth of their expertise. Through practical examples, this talk examines how professionals can challenge outputs, maintain healthy scepticism, and integrate AI tools effectively— while evolving alongside AI adoption.
Speaker: Carlos Henriquez, Architect, Noroff

Today, more than 50% of the world’s population is estimated to live in urban environments, a number expected to rise to nearly 70% by 2050. Research shows that city dwellers are more likely to experience stress-related issues and that the brain’s emotional center—responsible for our “fight-or-flight system”—is more active in urban environments. At the same time, we know that the design of the built environment affects how we feel, and that elements such as natural sounds, daylight, and natural materials can contribute to recovery, strengthen cognitive function, and reduce stress.
The growing research field of NeuroArchitecture and NeuroDesign focuses on the relationship between the brain, body, and built environment, and on how space, light, sound, and materials influence our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
This presentation introduces this interdisciplinary area and shows how the brain reacts to architecture and design. With examples from current research and new methods such as The NeuroDesign/NeuroArchitecture Index (NDIX), it demonstrates how modern technology and brain imaging now make it possible to understand and measure how the built environment impacts health, cognition, and social well-being.
Speaker: Camilla Berggren-Tarrodi, Architect SAR/MSA, Innovation Leader, RISE

Behaviour Design Group works with evidence-based behavioural design, with a particular focus on safety culture, leadership, and effective project governance. In this keynote, we share insights from behavioural science research and hands-on change work in complex project environments.
During the session, we show how behavioural science can complement BIM, digital ways of working, and new forms of collaboration—helping improve teamwork, reduce risks, and strengthen project outcomes. We highlight why many initiatives stop at technology and structure, and what it takes to achieve real impact in delivery.
Speaker: Erik Matton, CEO, Behaviour Design Group

In the built environment, software relationships tend to last far longer than anyone originally intends. Platforms become embedded in projects, contracts, behaviours, and workflows until the idea of leaving feels riskier than staying, even when the product no longer serves the business. This session tells the story of what happens when an organisation decides to challenge that assumption.
Speaker: Mike Ford, Senior Associate Digital Engineering, Ridge & Partners

Hear from Tyréns how they deliberately launched an unfinished AI and turned it into a success. They will share how they managed to drive the implementation of their self developed SvenAI for 3000 employees in several countries, and won Application of the Year at the AI Arena Awards 2025.
You will also hear how Tyréns is driving its AI transformation by establishing a new AI venture, A.Engineer, which went from an idea to a publicly launched product in just 6 months and is now changing the way engineering will be done in the future.
Speakers: Patrik Mälarholm, AI Adoption Lead, Tyréns
Kalle Valkama, AI Venturing Lead, Tyréns Group
